MERCHANDISE SHIPPING: Allstar products ship out same day if the order is received before 2:00 pm central time. Free shipping promotions only qualify for merchandise purchases on orders over 500.00. All free shipping offers are shipped by UPS ground.

Allstar keeps most of our products in-stock however; some products need to be specialty ordered.

Handling: there is a $16.75 handling fee on all orders

Shipping on orders over 500 lbs will get charged actually shipping costs
     

Parts and equipment are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pelton & Crane parts are strictly non-returnable.
Pelton & Crane has closed its facilities and no longer maintains an active parts inventory.

If a Pelton & Crane part (or any other item) is purchased but is out of stock and cannot be shipped, a full refund will be issued for the unfulfilled item.

 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS: items can be returned for credit. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items to cover shipping. All returns that received free shipping are given a merchandise credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS: by UPS are subject to review and shipping is not refundable.

 

  

EQUIPMENT SHIPPING: Allstar only charges actual shipping costs. Please call for a shipping quote on a desired item or find out if your item qualifies for free shipping. For items returned or refused during delivery will not be refunded shipping and will be charge a 20% restocking fee. 

We only ship equipment to commercial addresses 

Equipment Purchases do not include installation.

NEW CUSTOMERS: On all new accounts, our payment terms are COD or PAID ONLINE until you establish credit with us.
